Do these 2 belong in MY FAMILY TREE?

I have found 2 births - one in 1998 and one in 2000 - father name Rowledge and mother maiden name Egri.

Details for 2000
Register #52A, District #2311A, Entry #152

Neither image is available on Ancestry

I cannot post details of the 2 boys as they are probably still living.

I cannot find a marriage for a Rowledge [male] to an Egri [female]

So, do they belong to me?
